Consumers.

As well as re-imagining how potatoes are grown, McCain wants to start a conversation, so everyone understands what regenerative agriculture is, and why it matters.

In this way, consumers can understand how and why McCain is encouraging farming differently, what it means to them, and how they can show their support for these positive changes.

Through collaborations with one of the largest metaverse platforms, Roblox, players can virtually grow potatoes using regenerative agriculture practices that, over time, aim to improve soil health.

Join the 20+ million visitors in the metaverse who are farming regeneratively in the virtual world at mc.livetopia.com.

RE:TV

RE:TV created a film which provides an inside look at the work being done at the McCain Farms of the Future to test the principles and practices of regenerative agriculture and redefine the way we grow a potato.

The film highlights the incredible efforts of our teams of scientists, researchers and farmers, and demonstrates how we aim to put soil health and biodiversity at the top of our agenda for a healthier environment.

The McCain Infinite Farm

To educate people on the importance of improving soil health, McCain brought the farm to the city with The Infinite Farm experience in the heart of London.

Bordered with vibrant wildflowers and filled with potato plants and insects – all created by a paper artisan - the space was a stunning artistic interpretation of the potential of regenerative agricultural practices.

Taste Good. Feel Good.

Despite the potential impact of regenerative agriculture practices, new research commissioned by McCain has revealed that many consumers have never heard of regenerative agriculture (35% of Americans; 26% of Canadians; 25% of Brits).

At the same time, they want to contribute to a more resilient future - but prefer simple, actionable steps that fit into their daily lives. They’re often looking for easy swaps, that add up to making a big impact.

Bringing regenerative agriculture to everyday consumers in an immersive and accessible way, McCain celebrates how good it feels to eat fries that don’t just taste good but also support McCain’s move to regenerative agriculture.

McCain has encouraged consumers to dig into engaging content on www.RegenFries.com, play the brand new Augmented Reality Game “Farms of the Future AR”, or attend the Farms of the Future event in New York City to learn more about the future of farming.
